Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Over $75

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts). For smaller orders, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Processing & Fulfillment

Hand-framed prints are packed and shipped directly from our Brooklyn studio, usually within 2–4 business days, and each print arrives ready to hang.

Made-to-order tee shirts are produced especially for you by our print partners and typically ship within 5–10 business days after printing is complete.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes a tee shirt along with another shop item or items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment, and shipping remains free for orders over $75.

Tracking & Updates

As soon as your pieces are on their way, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If your order ships in multiple packages, each one will have its own tracking number so you can follow along until everything arrives.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at clutterbutterbrooklyn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue; I’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Undamaged prints are final sale, but if you’d like to exchange an item for a different design of the same size, send me a note at clutterbutterbrooklyn@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to accommodate!

A note on color & materials

Each print is carefully color-matched to the original artwork, but colors can vary slightly between screens and physical prints.

Q: Are your prints original artworks?

A: All Clutterbutter pieces are museum-quality reproductions sourced from public archives around the world. Each one includes custom matting and framing designed to highlight the artist’s palette and composition.

Q: What’s included when I buy a print?

A: Every piece arrives framed, matted, and ready to hang, complete with protective glass — all you need is a nail or hook.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or framing?

A: Not yet, but I’m always exploring new options. You can join my mailing list for updates when custom work or collaborations open up.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, shipping is available within the United States. I’m working on adding more destinations soon.

Q: My order has multiple tracking numbers — is that normal?

A: Yes! If your order includes both hand-framed and made-to-order prints, they may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Hand-framed items usually ship within 2–4 business days; made-to-order items take 5–10 business days to produce before shipping. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days total.

Care & Display

Q: How should I care for my framed print?

A: Avoid direct sunlight or high humidity. The glass front helps minimize glare and protect the artwork, but gentle cleaning and occasional dusting are best.

Q: Can I hang these in humid spaces like bathrooms?

A: Light humidity is fine, but to preserve the matboard and print quality, avoid areas with heavy moisture or steam.

Q: Where do your images come from?

A: Every piece is sourced from the archives of major museums and collections worldwide — from the Rijksmuseum to The Met. Each artwork is in the public domain and reproduced using archival-quality materials.
